We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: technical service providers, electronic payment gateways, and government authorities upon official legal request.
4. Data Security & Retention
We apply all technical measures (encryption, firewalls) to protect your data. Data is retained for the life of your account, then as required by law, then securely destroyed.

التحقق والأمان: التأكد من هوية المستخدم ومركبته ومنع الاحتيال.
تحسين المنصة: تحليل سلوك المستخدمين لتطوير الخدمة.
التسويق: إرسال العروض والتحديثات (يمكن إيقافها من إعدادات الحساب).
الامتثال القانوني: تلبية متطلبات الجهات الحكومية في المملكة.
3. مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف ثالثة
نحن لا نقوم ببيع بياناتك الشخصية. نشارك البيانات فقط مع: مزودي الخدمات التقنية، بوابات الدفع الإلكتروني، والجهات الحكومية عند الطلب القانوني الرسمي.
4. أمن البيانات والاحتفاظ بها
نتخذ كافة التدابير التقنية (التشفير وجدران الحماية) لحماية بياناتك. يتم الاحتفاظ بالبيانات طوال مدة فعالية الحساب، ثم وفقاً للمتطلبات القانونية، ثم إتلافها.
5. حقوق المستخدم
بموجب نظام حماية البيانات السعودي، يحق لك: طلب الوصول لبياناتك، تصحيحها، طلب إتلافها، أو سحب موافقتك على معالجتها.
Terms & Conditions of Use
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and Rukna Parking Company. Using the platform means you fully accept these terms.
1. Account Creation & Management
The user must be legally eligible to enter into contracts.
The user must provide accurate and current data — false data results in immediate account suspension.
The user is fully responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.
2. Scope of Service & Usage Terms
The platform enables booking and managing parking spaces for registered vehicles.
The parking space rental agreement is an integral part of these terms.
Use of the platform for illegal purposes or attempts to breach its systems is strictly prohibited.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
All fees are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Subscription and parking fees are non-refundable except in the case of a platform technical error causing a duplicate charge.
Refunds are processed within 14 working days.
4. Technical Disclaimer
The platform and its services are provided "as is". The company does not guarantee freedom from technical errors or temporary interruptions. The company is not liable for any indirect damages or loss of profits.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform content is the exclusive property of Rukna Parking Company. Copying, modifying, distributing, or commercial use of any part without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
Management reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately without notice in case of: violation of terms, failure to pay dues, or misuse of facilities or the platform.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be resolved amicably, and if not possible, the competent courts in Riyadh shall have jurisdiction.
