User Agreement

Rukna Garage — Please read carefully

We collect data you provide voluntarily or that is collected automatically, including:

• Personal Data: Full name, National ID or Iqama number, date of birth, and national address.
• Contact Data: Mobile number and email address.
• Vehicle Data: Vehicle type, model, color, plate number, and chassis number (VIN).
• Usage Data: Booking history, entry/exit times, storage duration, and additional services.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, geolocation data, and browsing logs.
• Financial Data: Transaction records and invoices only — we do not store full card numbers.

• Service delivery: account creation, booking management, and facility access.
• Verification & security: confirming user and vehicle identity, preventing fraud.
• Platform improvement: analysing user behaviour to enhance the service.
• Marketing: sending offers and updates (can be disabled in account settings).
• Legal compliance: meeting Saudi government and regulatory requirements.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: technical service providers, electronic payment gateways, and government authorities upon official legal request.

We apply all technical measures (encryption, firewalls) to protect your data. Data is retained for the life of your account, then as required by law, then securely destroyed.

Under Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you may: request access to your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, or withdraw your consent to data processing.

نجمع البيانات التي تقدمها لنا طواعية أو التي يتم جمعها تلقائياً، وتشمل:

• البيانات الشخصية: الاسم الكامل، رقم الهوية الوطنية أو الإقامة، تاريخ الميلاد، والعنوان الوطني.
• بيانات التواصل: رقم الجوال والبريد الإلكتروني.
• بيانات المركبة: نوع المركبة، موديلها، لونها، رقم اللوحة، ورقم الهيكل (VIN).
• بيانات الاستخدام: سجل الحجوزات، أوقات الدخول والخروج، مدة الوقوف، والخدمات الإضافية.
• البيانات التقنية: عنوان IP، نوع المتصفح، بيانات الموقع الجغرافي، وسجلات التصفح.
• البيانات المالية: سجلات العمليات والفواتير فقط — لا نحتفظ بأرقام البطاقات الكاملة.

• تقديم الخدمات: إنشاء الحساب، إدارة الحجوزات، تسهيل الدخول والخروج.
• التحقق والأمان: التأكد من هوية المستخدم ومركبته ومنع الاحتيال.
• تحسين المنصة: تحليل سلوك المستخدمين لتطوير الخدمة.
• التسويق: إرسال العروض والتحديثات (يمكن إيقافها من إعدادات الحساب).
• الامتثال القانوني: تلبية متطلبات الجهات الحكومية في المملكة.

نحن لا نقوم ببيع بياناتك الشخصية. نشارك البيانات فقط مع: مزودي الخدمات التقنية، بوابات الدفع الإلكتروني، والجهات الحكومية عند الطلب القانوني الرسمي.

نتخذ كافة التدابير التقنية (التشفير وجدران الحماية) لحماية بياناتك. يتم الاحتفاظ بالبيانات طوال مدة فعالية الحساب، ثم وفقاً للمتطلبات القانونية، ثم إتلافها.

بموجب نظام حماية البيانات السعودي، يحق لك: طلب الوصول لبياناتك، تصحيحها، طلب إتلافها، أو سحب موافقتك على معالجتها.

• The user must be legally eligible to enter into contracts.
• The user must provide accurate and current data — false data results in immediate account suspension.
• The user is fully responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

• The platform enables booking and managing parking spaces for registered vehicles.
• The parking space rental agreement is an integral part of these terms.
• Use of the platform for illegal purposes or attempts to breach its systems is strictly prohibited.

• All fees are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Subscription and parking fees are non-refundable except in the case of a platform technical error causing a duplicate charge.
• Refunds are processed within 14 working days.

The platform and its services are provided "as is". The company does not guarantee freedom from technical errors or temporary interruptions. The company is not liable for any indirect damages or loss of profits.

All platform content is the exclusive property of Rukna Parking Company. Copying, modifying, distributing, or commercial use of any part without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Management reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately without notice in case of: violation of terms, failure to pay dues, or misuse of facilities or the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be resolved amicably, and if not possible, the competent courts in Riyadh shall have jurisdiction.

• يجب أن يكون المستخدم مؤهلاً قانونياً لإبرام العقود.
• يلتزم المستخدم بتقديم بيانات دقيقة — أي بيانات وهمية تعرض الحساب للإيقاف الفوري.
• المستخدم مسؤول تماماً عن سرية بيانات دخوله.

• تتيح المنصة حجز وإدارة مساحات الوقوف للمركبات المسجلة.
• عقد إيجار مساحة الوقوف جزء لا يتجزأ من هذه الشروط.
• يُمنع استخدام المنصة لأغراض غير قانونية أو محاولة اختراق الأنظمة.

• جميع الرسوم بالريال السعودي وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة.
• المبالغ المدفوعة للاشتراكات غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا في حال خطأ تقني من المنصة.
• معالجة الاسترداد خلال 14 يوم عمل.

تُقدم المنصة وخدماتها على أساس "كما هي". لا تضمن الشركة خلوها من الأخطاء أو الانقطاعات. لا تتحمل الشركة مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو خسارة أرباح.

جميع محتويات المنصة ملكية حصرية لشركة "ركنا باركينغ". يُحظر النسخ أو التعديل أو الاستخدام التجاري دون موافقة خطية مسبقة.

يحق للإدارة تعليق أو إنهاء أي حساب فوراً في حال: انتهاك الشروط، التخلف عن السداد، أو إساءة استخدام المرافق.

تخضع هذه الشروط للأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية. في حال النزاع، تختص المحاكم المعتمدة في مدينة الرياض.
